1. Raw Material Selection
Based on your required stone type, design needs, and project budget, we offer a variety of slabs with different textures for you to choose from. We answer your questions from the outset, ensuring you select the slab that best suits your needs.
2. Sample Delivery for Material Confirmation
To ensure the physical material matches your exact expectations, we carefully prepare and ship selected stone tile samples to you. This allows you to experience the unique textures, colors, and finishes of the natural stone directly within your actual lighting and spatial environment, ensuring complete confidence in your material choice.
3. Slab Confirmation & High-Resolution Scanning
We perform high-resolution scans of each precious natural marble slab. You can remotely view the panoramic scanned copies to precisely evaluate veining patterns (such as book-matching), confirming the slabs before processing begins to ensure a flawless visual outcome.
4. Provide 2D & 3D Drawings
Our professional design team provides detailed 2D shop drawings and immersive 3D renderings based on your design intent and site dimensions. These drawings include precise measurements, numbering plans, and joint details, allowing you to visualize the final installation before production.
5. Production Initiation & Progress Feedback
Once the drawings are fully approved by you, we initiate high-precision CNC processing in our workshop. Throughout production, our project manager regularly sends you on-site photos and progress reports, keeping you updated on every step from edge cutting and special shape carving to surface finishing.
6. Dry Lay Inspection Prior to Installation
Before the finished product leaves the factory, we conduct a 1:1 full-size pre-lay (Dry Lay) in a spacious area of the factory. By strictly checking the natural texture transition and color difference connection of the marble, we present the best overall texture extension and allow for a preview of the installation effect.
7. Rigorous Quality Inspection & Inspection Report
Before packaging, the quality control team will conduct multiple rounds of rigorous inspections against the drawings to check dimensional tolerances, flatness, thickness, and surface gloss, and will provide a quality inspection report. Any product with defects will be completely remade.
8. Protective Wrapping & Customized Crating Solutions
We utilize multi-layer protective standards: starting with moisture-proof and waterproof membranes, enclosed in fumigated wooden crates, sturdy wooden frames, or reinforced steel frames. We also support customized packaging solutions for special projects or oversized slabs to guarantee absolute safety during long-distance ocean freight.
9. Experienced Logistics Team
We have an experienced international logistics and documentation team that selects the most efficient and cost-effective shipping services, backed by comprehensive cargo insurance. For most European and American countries, we offer worry-free DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and door-to-door services.
