Flowing like wood grain, enduring like timeless rock
Travertine is a terrestrial sedimentary rock formed near hot springs or limestone lakes. Over millennia, calcium-rich waters sedimented layer by layer, trapping air bubbles and organic matter to leave signature natural pits, alongside delicate, wood-like parallel veins or wavy cross-cut patterns in soft shades of cream, beige, and silver-grey.
Slabs are typically gang-saw cut and treated as filled or unfilled, then finished via honing, brushing, or acid-washing. Though less dense than granite, its organic warmth makes it the absolute choice for prestige exterior facades, interior feature walls, resort-style bathrooms, luxury vanity sinks, and vintage custom furniture. Its natural pores offer excellent acoustic and thermal properties, while its weathered texture brings an understated, timeless elegance, transforming premium spaces into a serene sanctuary of natural luxury.
