Inception & Accumulation

Driven by the growing global demand for premium stone materials, Nahzo officially entered the stone industry in 2016. In our initial stage, we focused primarily on the international trade of natural marble. We dedicated ourselves to rooting our operations deeply within domestic marble processing sources, defining strict material grading standards, and gradually constructing a stable supply chain foundation and strong supply capacity. By serving early overseas independent contractors, interior designers, and residential customization clients, we gained a comprehensive understanding of diverse product types and the multi-faceted requirements of different markets regarding quality, texture, and application. This allowed us to earn the trust of our first international clientele, laying a robust foundation for future global expansion.

Strategic Focus & Market Expansion

In response to shifting market dynamics, we refrained from blind category expansion and chose instead to specialize in mid-to-high-end natural marble. During this phase, our team expanded to 23 members, integrating our initial group of 4 dedicated CAD drafters and 6 on-site factory Quality Control (QC) specialists. We established a digitalized workflow spanning "inquiry, material pre-selection, dry-lay sampling, and pre-factory inspection," ensuring that every natural slab crossing the ocean strictly aligned with rigorous overseas architectural standards. To better serve our clientele across key target markets such as North America, Europe, and Australia, we efficiently integrated upstream and downstream resources, forging a more resilient supply system and a highly responsive service framework.

Team Growth & Workflow Standardization

Steady business growth drove our international sales and operations team to expand organically to 30 professionals, transitioning the company into a structured operational model. We continuously enriched our natural stone offerings while thoroughly perfecting our technical capabilities, including CAD detailed engineering, 1:1 panoramic dry-lay sampling, rigid on-site QC, and premium transit security. Concurrently, specialized divisions for sales, purchasing, shipping & logistics, and order coordination were established and staffed, standardizing our core workflows. We firmly believe that integrity, reliability, consistency, efficiency, and professional service form the bedrock of long-term cooperation and mark the true beginning of a healthy partnership.

Digital Integration & Operational Leap

To respond to client requirements with greater precision, we fully implemented an internal ERP system. Sourcing, order tracking, and multilingual client communications were seamlessly transitioned to digital, full-process management. This made cross-border collaboration highly transparent and efficient, vastly enhancing overseas client satisfaction and driving a qualitative leap in our overall export operations. Simultaneously, we introduced advanced, fully automated production machinery, which significantly increased our productivity. Under normal scheduling, we can now complete the fabrication and preparation of an entire shipping container within 15 days.

Turnkey Solutions & Project Partnership

Through deep collaboration with premium overseas cabinetry distributors and independent residential developers, our role completely transformed from a mere material vendor into a high-end stone project solution provider. We successfully executed a strategic transition toward turnkey services, evolving from a traditional material supplier into a trusted global project partner. This phase marked our definitive shift from simple transactional relationships to enduring, long-term partnerships. By sharpening our bespoke customization capabilities, we became deeply involved in the execution of complex overseas engineering developments, shifting our product line toward advanced customization and significantly elevating our international brand presence.
