PROFESSIONAL DESIGN
Once you confirm the specific slabs, our design team – with years of stone detailing experience – will create a design proposal for you. Using professional software such as CAD, we produce detailed shop drawings. We repeatedly confirm every detail with you – dimensions, vein continuity, cutouts, bevels, and seam joints – to ensure accuracy in size and processing details.
Clear communication is the blueprint of a successful project. We provide detailed, easy-to-read CAD drawings that clarify every edge detail, cut, and installation requirement, ensuring seamless project coordination.
Production & Processing
During processing, we apply various techniques: waterjet cutters for complex shapes and artistic mosaics, CNC bridge saws and profilers for chamfering, grooving, and edging, with tolerances controlled within ±0.5mm.
Every finished piece must pass strict factory quality inspection: checking surface integrity, gloss level, hidden cracks, and verifying dimensions piece by piece against the design drawings. Any slab failing gloss standards, size tolerance, or with hidden cracks is immediately labeled as rejected and never allowed to proceed to the next step. Qualified products are reinforced with wooden crates or steel frames. According to your requirements, we fill the interior with high‑elasticity EPE foam and foam corner protectors, wrap the outside of the crate with plastic film, and safely load using large lifting gear and vacuum suction cups.
