Standard Slab Manufacturing Process

Precision Cutting: Once selected, the raw blocks are cut using imported Italian multi-wire diamond saws and fully automatic frame saws (Cutting). With precision up to 0.2mm, each giant block is rendered into flawlessly flat standard slabs $\pm0.2\text{mm}$

Automated Polishing: Slabs then enter a fully automated continuous line (Polishing) through 12 progressive stages: rough grinding, fine grinding, high-gloss polishing, and crystallization. We offer over ten surface finishes, including polished, honed, flamed, bush-hammered, and leathered. Achieving a gloss level over 95 degrees and flatness tolerance under 0.3mm.

Inventory & Bundle Loading: Slabs are systematically cataloged with full origin traceability, bundled in reinforced steel/wooden frames, and loaded for global bulk shipment.
